Appalachian Studies Conference Special Edition
BBG is producing a 6-page special print edition in connection with the Appalachian Studies Conference, taking place in March 2026 at Marshall University. This issue will center Black Appalachian scholarship, history, and cultural contributions, with distribution at the conference and through BBG’s statewide network.
This edition will have a longer shelf life than a traditional conference program and will continue circulating after the event.
