Fashion Buzz: Year-End Spotlight on Kay Tiamzon Andrada

By Jayli Phillips
Hey Fashion Buzz fam!
For our last Fashion Buzz of the year, I wanted to share something really cool. I’ve been super busy with school and sports, but when Ms. Crystal sent me this designer’s work, I stopped what I was doing and went straight to the link. I didn’t expect it to be this good — but wow. Kay Tiamzon Andrada is creating some of the boldest fashion I’ve ever seen from right here in West Virginia.
Kay’s Style: Bold, Smart, and Totally Original
Kay is the designer behind BEBOTFROMTHE304, and his clothes look like pieces of art. He uses strong shapes, clean lines, and dramatic details that make each outfit stand out on purpose. Nothing looks random — everything feels planned and thoughtful.
What makes his work even more special is how he adds hints of his Filipino heritage into modern streetwear. You can see it in the patterns, colors, and shapes he chooses. It’s not loud or “in your face.” It’s just real and meaningful, which makes his designs feel different from everything else out there.
Why His Work Deserves Bigger Attention
Even though Kay designs in Charleston, his pieces look like they belong in a big fashion magazine. They’re gender-neutral, creative, and built to last — the kind of clothes people want right now. It’s inspiring to see someone from my own state make something this powerful. It shows that great ideas don’t only come from big cities. They can come from right here in the 304, too.
If you want to check out his designs, visit bebotfromthe304.square.site. Trust me — you’ll understand why I had to end the year with this spotlight.
