Join the WV Women team as the Charleston Training Coordinator for our SUFW Construction Pre-Apprenticeship program! Our nonprofit organization is dedicated to helping individuals build skills and find pathways to meaningful careers.

Position Details:

  • Role: Training Coordinator
  • Location: Charleston, SC
  • Pay: $18/hour, with performance bonuses of up to 10% of your annual salary
  • Benefits: Competitive nonprofit benefits package, including health insurance, retirement options, and paid time off.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and oversee the SUFW Construction Pre-Apprenticeship program.
  • Work closely with program participants to ensure they receive the support and guidance needed to succeed.
  • Collaborate with community partners and stakeholders to build strong networks and resources for the program.
  • Manage schedules, logistics, and reporting requirements for the program.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment for participants.
