BBG Youth Team Earns 3rd Place at Bridge Day Chili Cook-Off

The Bridge Day Chili Cook-Off provided a setting for food, community engagement, and friendly competition.

FAYETTEVILLE, W.Va. – The BlackByGod Youth Team earned third place last month, at the annual Bridge Day Chili Cook-Off in Fayetteville.

With two distinct recipes in the form of White Chicken and Pumpkin Spice Chili, the team brought creativity and community spirit to the competition. And the hot chocolate and muffins offered by the team made for sweet and tasty desert options. In addition to a fun day spent at a treasured West Virginia event, BBG’s seven-member team were afforded the opportunity to learn and collaborate with their peers, and to represent their communities.
