Jet Life Apparel – Where Culture Meets Couture

By: Jayli Phillips
Step into Jet Life Apparel, and you’re stepping into more than just a store—you’re entering a movement. Located in Charleston and Huntington, WV, this Black-owned fashion store is all about urban luxury and streetwear from top-tier brands.
Owners Jonathan and Sabrina Kennedy launched Jet Life Apparel to fill a void they saw in West Virginia’s fashion scene.
“There just wasn’t anything out there for us,” Sabrina shared. “We wanted to create a space where people could find clothes that reflected their culture, their style, and feel good while doing it.”
Described in three words? “Fire. Lit. Luxury.” Jet Life Apparel blends high fashion with hip-hop culture, offering not only the latest trends but also a vibe. From rhinestone tees making a comeback to limited-edition leather duffels, their selections are a nod to what’s next while honoring the roots of streetwear.
Hip-hop plays a huge role here. “A lot of our brands were created by artists or are worn by them—Young Thug, Lil Durk, Jay-Z,” Sabrina said. “That energy translates into everything we do.”
With expansion in sight (Morgantown, you might be next), Jet Life Apparel is proof that fashion, culture, and community can thrive in the Mountain State.
So, whether you’re looking for your next fit or just want to feel the vibe, JetLife is where culture meets couture.
